Guadalupe "Lupe" Martinez was born on November 3, 1927 in California to Manuel and Jesus (Barba) Martinez. She entered into eternal rest on April 27, 2017 in Arcadia, California. She was 89 years old.
Lupe has lived in California all her life, and was a hostess for Walmart for 5 years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and aunt, and she will be greatly missed by those who loved her.
Lupe is survived by her sons, Gilbert Rodriguez of Moreno Valley, and Genaro (Martha) Rodriguez of Fontana, her granddaughter, Lauren Rodriguez of Moreno Valley, 12 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren. She also leaves behind her brother, Joseph Martinez of East Los Angeles, and numerous nieces and nephews. She is greeted in Heaven by her children, David Ramirez, Rosemary Aros, Steven Aros, and Elaine Martinez, and her sisters, Bonnie Lopez, Sara Martinez, and Alice Martinez.
