Guadalupe was an extraordinary Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, cousin, and friend She was a beautiful woman inside and out. She was a wonderful people person, very social with all whom she encountered. She was a very dedicated worker and received much recognition including honored items of esteem. In her daughters younger years she made sure to provide for them all that they needed. She enjoyed working off and on in the following years until 2007.
She loved to do the following:
Loved traveling with family, making many memories
Loved camping from an early age
Enjoyed 4 wheeling with her husband and friends
She was an excellent driver just like her Father
She loved taking her daughters and siblings many places, too many
places to name which we all enjoyed very much
Guadalupe had such an excellent memory and enjoyed sharing past family memories
The family always knew who to ask when a memory was in question….
She had knowledge of a variety of subjects and was full of much wisdom, making sure to share with family.
She had a great love for music of all genres. Her favorite was music from the 50’s and 60’s, from the days of her youth.
Guadalupe shone in creativity throughout her years. Her penmanship was one of beauty leaving you in awe of it. Her drawing abilities were also full of beauty. In her younger years she would draw beautiful women dressed in clothing she created. She was a wonderful seamstress as well, making most of her and her daughters clothing. She really had a knack for interior decorating and loved giving family and friends advice for their homes.
She was an excellent cook and loved cooking for her family. She even created weekly menu’s for the family and stuck to it. She was always in search of recipes and shared many with family and friends. One of the families favorite dessert dishes was a jello dessert she made which we all referred to as Soylent Green, lol.
During the 70’s, 80’s she and her husband enjoyed entertaining family and friends in their home
She was always ready for family gatherings, providing all with delicious food and of course always being an excellent hostess. Most of all she loved and adored all her family with all her heart and soul….
