Irene is survived by her loving family: Son, William "Bill" R. Riggs II, Granddaughter, Macie Riggs, and Daughter, Sylvia, along with other family and friends who will miss her dearly.
Irene was reunited at the gates of Heaven with her Husband, Bill Riggs.
