Isaac is survived by his loving family: Mother, Gina Velis of Jackpot, NV., Brothers, Austin Velis, Dylan (Asia) Velis, and Salvador Velis-Bustos, all of Jackpot, NV., Sister, Zoe Velis of Jackpot, NV., Nephews, Leonardo and Aslan, Niece, Calliope, "Papa", Richard Banales of Sylmar, CA., Grandpa, Pete (Robbin) Velis Sr. of Torrance, CA., Uncles, Pete (Jane) Velis Jr. of Hyrum, UT., Justin Velis of Torrance, CA, Albert (Leticia) Andrade of La Puente, CA., Aunts, Jessica Banales and Amanda Lopez, both of Sylmar, CA., along with many other family and friends who will miss him dearly.
Isaac was met at Heavens Gate by his Nana, Bernice Banales.
