Jack Taylor Faulkner, 82, was born on April 4, 1926 in Youngstown, Ohio, and passed away on September 28, 2008 in Newport Beach, California.
Jack is survived by his loving wife Debbie Faulkner of Orange, California, son, Jon Faulkner of Long Beach, California, daughter, Cathy Eayrs of Fort Jones, California, step-sons, Brandon Fawnz of Orange, California, Ryan, Fawnz of Orange, California, brother, Jean Rider of Youngstown, Ohio, sisters, Donna Marie White of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, brother, Robert Joseph Faulkner of Dallas, Texas and two grandsons.
Jack was employed with the St. Louis Rams since 1955 and was the Pro Personnel Adminstrator.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6, 2008, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Saddleback Chapel, 220 East Main Street, Tustin, California.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at the Calvary Chapel in Santa Ana 3800 Fairview Santa Anna Calif,92704 California, with interment following at Pacific View Memorial Park in Newport Beach, California.
