Joaquin M. Nunez, 91, was born in Rochester, California on December 3, 1919 and entered eternal rest on January 28, 2011 in Montebello, California.
Joaquin is survived by his loving wife Pilar Nunez, daughters, Sally Nunez, Bertha Terrazas, Leticia Moreno, Irma Flores and son Jack Nunez. He also leaves ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5-9pm on Thursday, February 3, 2011 at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello with the vigil service beginning at 7pm.
Funeral mass will be held at 9am at on Friday, February 4, 2011 at St. Francis Xavier Parish 4245 Acacia Ave.,Pico Rivera, CA 90660. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Montebello.
