Joe was intelligent and hard working, providing for his family as a technician in Pacific Bell Telephone Company for 30 years.
Joe is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Helen Soto of Santa Fe Springs, CA, and his beloved children, Myrna Soto of Downey, CA, Lisa Soto of Downey, CA, and Joe G. Soto III. He leaves behind his grandchildren, John Meneses of Riverside, CA, Anthony Soto of Norwalk, CA, Katra Perez of Downey, CA, and Lorilyn Perez of Downey, CA, as well as his great grandchildren, Lauren Meneses of Riverside, CA, Cossette Meneses of Riverside, CA, and Ofelia Soto of Norwalk, CA. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.
Joe was greeted at Heaven's Gate by his parents, Joe and Arlene Soto, and his sister, Jenny Alvarado.
