Joel was a dedicated and skilled mechanic in the construction industry for over twenty years. His expertise and hard work were vital to the success of many projects, earning him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and peers.
Joel is survived by his loving family: Wife, Maria Manjarrez of La Puente, Son, Christian Lopez of Upland, Grandchildren, Christian Lopez Jr. of Upland, Estevan Lopez of Chino, and Aubrey Maria Lopez of Upland, Niece, Denise, Brothers, Isidro Tovar, Moises Tovar, David Tovar, Lucio Tovar, and Jose Tovar, Sisters, Elena Tovar, Maria Eugenia Tovar, Maria Luisa Tovar, and Maria de Jesus Tovar, along with numerous Nephews and Nieces. Joel will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Joel has been reunited at Heaven's Gate with his Siblings, Isaias Tovar and Maria de Carmen Tovar.
