John William Buckroff, 90, was born in Guadalupe, Mexico on February 1, 1920 and passed away in Downey, California on January 30, 2011.
John is survived by his loving wife Nellie Buckroff of Bell Gardens, daughters, Alice J. Shubin of Kerman, Jenny Lisizin of Montebello, Laura Filatoff of Oregon, Annette Kosareff of Bell Flower and son William Buckroff of Montebello, brothers, Pete Buckroff of Downey, Yyon Buckroff of Montebello and sister Mary Tolmasoff of Fresno. He also leaves 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Immediate family gathering will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello with the Dressing Prayer beginning at 3:00pm. Viewing will begin at 4:00pm on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at Milikoy Church in Whittier.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, February 3, 2011 at the Russian Molokan Cemetery in Commerce directly fro Milikoy Church.
