John S. Lathrop, 82, was born in Glendale, California on December 17, 1927 and entered eternal rest on November 16, 2010 in Downey, California.
John is survived by his loving wife Naomi R. Lathrop, son, Lawrence L. Lathrop, daughters Lisa L. Lathrop and Lillian L. Jacobs, his five grandchildren, Sandy Lathrop, Leah Simon, Lillian Jacobs, Lorili Jacobs and Joelle Jacobs. He also leaves two sisters, Phyllis Juric and Charlotte Jarwin.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Church of Christ 5272 N. Sereno Dr.,Temple City, CA 91780. A Lucheon will follow at the church with a graveside service at 2:30pm at Rose Hills Memorial Park
