Jose "Eli" Elias Borjon Jr., 81, was born on February 17, 1942 in Los Angeles, California to Trinidad Borjon and Jose Elias Borjon. Eli entered into eternal rest on August 21, 2023 in Los Angeles, California.
Eli proudly served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged for his faithful service to our great nation. Eli was friendly and hardworking, he helped many people and made life long friends working as a manager at Steven's Steak House for more than 54 years.
Eli loved to tell stories and loved to talk about his time in the Army where he was stationed in Okinawa. Eli was so honored to have served in the United States Army and saluted the American flag every time he saw one. He also told great stories of his time working at Steven's Steak House; where he was very well known by many and greatly loved by his family and all who had the chance to work and meet him.
Eli is survived by his loving family: Sisters, Dolores Libertini, Marie Yolanda Lopez, Numerous Nieces and Nephews, Numerous Great Nieces and Great Nephews, and his 96 year old Aunt Sally. Eli will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Eli was greeted at the gates of Heaven by his Brother, Tony Borjon, Mother, Trinidad Borjon, Father, Jose Elias Borjon Sr., his Grandparents, and his dear friend Mundo.
