Jose Maria Esparza was a man who went out of his way to help and mentor people. He has worked for over 60 years as an entrepreneur, passionately running his Mariachi business. Music was his way of life. Even though he picked up other jobs along the way, working as a farm laborer, an LVN, a mechanic, a music instructor, he always came back to working as a Mariachi artist. He was always on the move, looking for his next adventure, traveling to his hometown in Guadalajara, Mexico and other parts of the world. He has left behind a legacy and inspiration of many stories that people will remember for a long time.
Jose is survived by his loving family: wife Raquel Tinoco of Rosemead, California and children Martha Esparza of Mexico, Jose Esparza of Lancaster, California, Justo Esparza of Whiiter, California, Roman Esparza of Rosemead, California, Erika Esparza-Mina of Oregon, Duoshellg Esparza of Rosemead, California, Shingzyry Esparza of Rosemead, California and Shervunly Esparza of Rosemead, California and 14 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren. He is the beloved brother of Gabriel Esparza-Santana, Guillermo Esparza-Santana , Felicita Esparza-Santana, Rosario Esparza-Santana, Agustina Esparza-Santana, Luisa Esparza-Santana, Juana Esparza-Santana, Salome Esparza-Santana, Joaquin Esparza-Santana, Ignacia Esparza-Santana all of Mexico.
