Jose is survived by his loving wife Maria "Elsie" Rascon and her daughter Jessel Vanessa Rascon & son-in-law, John Villanueva and daughter, Jacklyn April Rascon. He also leaves behind 4 grandchildren; Emily DeSantos, Steven DeSantos, Levon Villanueva and Audrey Wyninger.
