Jose Armando Soto was born on March 19, 1946 in Pilares de Nacozari, Sonora to Roberto and Rebeca (Payan) Soto. He entered into eternal rest on January 19, 2017 in Walnut, CA. He was 70 years old.
Armando “Pepe” Soto was a natural born entertainer and loved to play guitar, sing, and make jokes with all those around him. He fought a long battle with his illness, but his family will always remember him for his positive spirit, will power, and perseverance. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.
Armando is survived by his wife, Guadalupe T. Soto, and his children, Armando Soto Jr., Luis Mario Soto, Rebecca Marie Soto, and Michelle Soto. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Armando Conrado Soto, Evan Luis Soto, and Miles Joseph Soto.
