Jose Maria Valdez, Born June 20, 1916 in Medcaff, Arizona and entered into eternal life on February 3, 2012 in Alhambra California, surrounded by his loving family.
Jose was loving called "Don Chema" by his family and friends. He will be remembered as a hard working man who loved his ranch. He loved being with his family, enjoying Sunday barbeques,listening to music and playing cards.
Above all Jose Maria Valdez will be rememered as a loving Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. He will be dearly missed by everyone who's life he touched.
Jose is survived by his loving family; Son, Ausencio (Josie) Valdez, Daughters; Teresa (Tino) Carlos, Guadalupe (Juan) Valdez, Bertha (Frutoso) Valdez, Mariana (Gonzalo) Banuelos, Son, Rafael(Joann) Valdez Daughter, Josefina (Pedro) Valdez and Son, Roberto (Luz) Valdez and Son in law, Francisco Valdez.
Jose was a loving Grandfather to thirty five Grandchildren and forty two Great Grandchildren,and one Great Great Grand Daughter.
He was greeted at the gates of Heaven by his Wife; Guadalupe Carlos, and Daughter Alicia Valdez, who proceeded him in death.
Visitation for "Don Chema " will be held, Sunday February 12, 2012 from 3-8:00pm with prayer service at 5pm at our Risher Chapel 1316 W. Whittier Blvd., Montebello, California 90640. Final place of rest is Camposanto Las Cieneguitas, El Ahuichote Mx.
