Jose is survived by his loving wife, Rose Villarreal of Montebello, daughter, Regina (Richard) Salas of Whittier and three grandchildren, Louie Arce, Eric Salas and Mira Salas.
Visitation will be from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm on Tuesday, November 10, 2009, at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello, California, with the vigil beginning at 7:00 pm.
Funeral mass will be at 10:00 am on Wednesday, November 11, 2009, at the Saint Benedict Catholic Church in Montebello, California, with interment following at Resurrection Cemetery in Montebello, California.
