Josefina was a domestic multitasker, making her home a loving and nurturing environment for her family and loved ones for over 55 years.
Josefina was a woman of prayer, she saw trials as opportunities to pray and minister to people in need. She was a true prayer warrior always persistent in the word. Josefina didn't just talk the talk but lead by example. Josefina can be described as wise, humble, strong in her faith, loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.
She claimed victory over the cancer and received it, not here on earth but in heaven. She never exhibited fear, as she trusted fully in God saying, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me".

Josefina leaves behind her loving family: Beloved Husband for over 56 years, Alejandro Garcia of Compton, California, Daughter, Laura Napoles (Martin) of Norwalk, California, Daughter, Griselda Raygoza (Victor) of Norwalk, California, Son, Oscar Garcia of Compton, California, Daughter, Susanna Gomez of Wilmington, California, Daughter, Josie Stephan of San Clemente, California, Daughter, Liliana Garcia (Martin) of Wilmington, California, Son, Alejandro Garcia, Jr. (Teresa) of West Covina, California, 19 loving grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, Sister, Julieta Duran of Arkansas, Sister, Martha Anguiano of Mexico, Sister, Hilda Duran of Mexico, Brother, Rogelio Duran of Laredo, Texas, numerous nieces and nephews, as well as several other family members and friends who loved her and will miss her dearly.
