Joseph Bueno, 83, a long time resident of Southern California, was born in Los Angeles, California on July 23, 1924 and passed away in Anaheim, California on July 30, 2007. Joseph was a loving husband, with 59 years of marriage, a beloved father, and avid tennis player.
Joseph is survived by his loving wife, Marie A. Bueno of Anaheim, California, daughters, Marina McLendon of Blythe, California, Jacqueline Witt of Yorba Linda, California, son, Joseph Bueno of Yorba Linda, California, sisters, Emma Zazueta of San Gabriel, California, Patricia Rose Baeza of Los Angeles, California, Mary Hinojos of Los Angeles, California, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his sister, Julia Miranda.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2007 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Rosary at 7:00 pm, both to be held at the United Methodist Church, 1220 W. Whittier Blvd., Montebello, California.
Funeral Mass will be held on August 3, 2007 at 10:30 am at Calvary Mausoleum Cemetery Chapel, Los Angeles, California, with interment immediately following.
