Josephine M. Phillips

Josephine M. Phillips, 87, was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 28, 1923 and passed away in Whittier, California on March 6, 2011.
Josephine is survived by her loving children John Phillips, Rose Bourassa, Joann Phillips and Peter Phillips, 13 grandchildren, 131/2 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was a long time Montebello resident and former member of the Alter Society at St. Benedict Catholic Church.
Visitation will be held from 5-9:00pm on Thursday, March 10, 2011 at the United Methodist Church of Montebello 1220 W. Whittier Bl.,Montebello, CA 90640 with the prayer service beginning at 7:00pm.
Funeral service will be held 10:00am on Friday, March 11, 2011 also at United Methodist Church.
Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Montebello.
