Juan Ramirez (79) was born in June 8, 1940 in Compton, California to Refugio Ramirez and Luisa Garcia and entered into eternal rest on January 5, 2020 in El Monte, California.

Juan worked at the James G. Wiley Company located in Los Angeles for 50 years. He was a dedicated, loyal, well-liked and respected employee who worked his way up from an entry level position to Vice President at the time he retired.

Outside of work, Juan enjoyed attending his grandchildren’s sporting events and activities. He also enjoyed camping and spent a lot of time at his favorite campground, Mountain Lakes located in Lytle Creek. Juan followed all LA area sports teams and was a huge LA Dodger fan. He enjoyed attending games with his family when the opportunity arose.

Juan was a deeply religious person who enjoyed reading the bible, watching religious programs and attending religious conventions/seminars. He was a dedicated parishioner of Nativity Church in El Monte and practiced his faith as a eucharistic minister, prayer group leader, lector and usher.

He leaves behind his loving family; Wife, Lupe G. Ramirez of El Monte, CA, Children; John A. Ramirez (Regina) of Chino Hills, CA, Cynthia Mercado (Ruben) of Chino, CA, Albert Ramirez (Christa) of Arcadia, CA, Rick Ramirez of El Monte, Grandchildren; Albert Mercado of Chino Hills, CA, Olivia Mercado of Chino, CA, Jared Ramirez of Chino Hills, CA, Madeline Ramirez of Chino Hills, CA, Lila Ramirez of Chino Hills, CA, Chloe Ramirez of Arcadia, CA, Luke Ramirez of Arcadia, CA, God Daughters; Joanne Maldonado of Valinda, CA, Gina Flores of Valinda, CA, Siblings; Manuela Barrios of Los Angeles, CA, Maria Elena McDade of Los Angeles, CA, Lydia Hodel (Craig) of The Villages, Florida, numerous nieces and nephews, along with other family and friends who will love and miss him dearly.

Juan was met at Heavens gate by his Sister Inez Dawson.
