Julia A. Francisco was a lifelong Los Angeles county resident and was currently living in El Monte, CA with her mother and brother. Julia graduated from Nogales High School in La Puente, CA with the class of 2004. While attending Nogales High she participated in the choir and band programs. She had just recently graduated from Marinello Cosmetology School. Survivors include her mother, Arsenia Ines of El Monte, CA; father, Mario Ines of Hawaii; brother, Harold Francisco of El Monte, CA; aunts, Mercy Estrella of Monterey Park, CA and Aurora Francisco of Sun Valley, CA; and an uncle, Joey Francisco of Sun Valley, CA.
