March 23, 1978 — April 21, 2019

Kenneth Utsinger Profile Photo
Kenneth Utsinger, 41, was born on March 23, 1978 in Anchorage, Alaska to WIlliam Utsinger and Toshiko Uenohara and entered into eternal rest on April 21, 2019 in Montebello, California.

Kenneth was a Police Officer for the Montebello Police Department for over a year. It was his life long dream to serve in the police force.
"Kenneth loved dogs, ALL of them. He liked to play video/computer games and listened to some very interesting music. Kenneth moved to California in 2017 with his wife of 12 years Heather and their 2 dogs, Murphy and Ramsay, he would of had a thousand dogs if he could have! The move was made so Kenneth could start his law enforcement career. Kenneth dedicated all of his time to becoming a police officer, so having the opportunity to finally achieve his goal was phenomenal especially since he was considered the underdog because he was 40 years old. Kenneth was kind, gentle, and humble just an incredible human being. He was loved and will be missed by every person that came into contact with him." -Heather Utsinger

Kenneth leaves behind his loving family: Wife, Heather Utsinger of Downey, California, Mother, Toshiko Utsinger (Julian Hernandez) of Lawton, Oklahoma, Sister in law, Amanda Morita (Brian) of Monterey Park, California, his "Top Dogs", Murphy and Ramsay Utsinger, as well as several other family members and friends who loved him and will miss him dearly.
