Lance Kiley Blackwell

Lance Kiley Blackwell, age 41 passed away on Thursday April 14th 2016 at Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, California. Lance lived in Long Beach, Ca. He was born November 1, 1974 in Texas. Lance has generally been having fun since he always lived life to the fullest!! Bouncing from one adventure to the next, and always with a smile on his face and mischief in his eyes. He loved riding, eating, being with friends, riding, the beach, riding, snorkeling, did I mention that he LOVED to ride? Riding was his way of feeling free and taking him to new places. He loved meeting new people, making new friends!! I don't think he really understood that he brought such joy and laughter to everyone he encountered!!
He is survived by his mom and dad, Diana and Jim Brady, Sister, Charity Blackwell and Bonnie Brady. Brothers, Tom Blackwell, Anthony Lindsay, William, Robert and Christopher Brady. Grandmothers Wilma Reynolds & Lucile Williams. He was also loved by Donna, Stephanie, and Devin Blackwell; Justin Brunshwiler and Miss Amiyah Taylor Blackwell, as well as Tami, John, Erynn, and Aidan Lasher, and countless aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends from Arizona, California, Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. He was preceded in death by his beloved dad Albert Blackwell, grandparents Ed & Lola Blackwell and Pete & Dorothy Brady, grandfather Al Williams & James Reynolds and brother Monty Lindsay.
Services to celebrate Lance will be held on Wednesday May 18th, 2016 from 7 to 9pm at Risher Mortuary, 1316 Whittier Blvd, Montebello, CA 90640.
A very special THANK YOU to Tank & 710 as well as Alex Schaper, Frankie Jorquez and the solo riders who rode with Lance. All of you gave something to him that I know he treasured and appreciated.
All of us who knew and loved Lance, he made us all special in his life. He is greatly loved and missed. May there be that perfect ride in Heaven for you.
