She was married to Ray Bustamante Sr. for 45 years, until his death in 1992. Ray Sr. and Lucy were active in two organizations, American Legion, and Veterans of Foreign Wars for 30 years that ended in 1990.
Lucy is survived by her son, Ray Jr., and her daughter, Irene Day. Lucy was a grandmother to Jason, and Danny, and a great grandmother to Emma Marie, and Daniel Jr.
Lucy's Graveside Service was held on January 21, 2020 at Resurrection Cemetery in Rosemead, CA.
