Luis Maciel, 65, a long time resident of Southern, California, was born in Michoacan, Mexico on July 10, 1941 and passed away in Fontana, California on May 15, 2007.
Luis is survived by his loving wife, Maria Maciel, five sons, Peter Maciel of Mexico, Jerry Maciel of Rialto, California, Alfonso Maciel of San Luis Obisopo, California, Abraham Maciel of Corcoran, California, Jesus Maciel of Sacramento, California, three daughters, Mari Vazquez of Ontario, California, Adriana Maciel of Rialto, California, Grace Maciel of Sacramento, California, two brothers, Jesus Maciel passed away in 2003, Jorge Maciel of Pomona, California, three sisters, Rosa Aguayo of Nampa, Idiana, Teresa Castellanos of Nampa, Indiana, Bertha Ayala of Whittier, California, sixteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 20, 2007 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Risher Mortuary Chapel.
Vigil will be held on Sunday, May 20, 2007 at 7:00 pm at St. Hilary Catholic Church, Pico Rivera, California.
Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 21, 2007 at 11:00 am at St. Hilary Catholic Church, Pico Rivera, California, with Interment following at Resurrection Cemetery, Montebello, California.
