Luis was intelligent, and dedicated, working as a Civil Draftsman in Civil Engineering for 30 years.
Luis is survived by his loving children, his daughter, Lupe Rodriguez (and husband Rick) of Downey,CA, and his son, Luis "Lou" O. Noy (and wife Cecilia) of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, his grandson, Rick Rodriguez Jr. (and wife Marisa) of La Mirada, CA, his granddaughter, Roxanne Boynton (and husband Matt) of Lakewood, CA, his granddaughter, Rachel Rodriguez of Paramount, CA, his granddaughter, Serah Larison (and husband Scott) of Long Beach, CA, his grandson, Alfie Rodriguez of Paramount, CA, his grandson, Daniel Rodriguez (and wife Cindy) of La Habra, CA, his grandson, Christian Cardenas-Noy of Miami, FL, his grandson, Anthony Rodriguez of Downey, CA, his granddaughter, Isabella Noy of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, and his granddaughter, Lucianna Noy of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. Luis leaves behind a legacy of 10 great grandchildren, as well as his sister, Rosario "Charo" Noy Pedroso of Cuba, and many family and friends who will miss him greatly. Luis was greeted at Heaven's Gate by his wife of 57 years, Lucy, and his brother, Antonio "Nico" Noy.
