Luis is survived by his loving family: Siblings- Francisco Valencia, Socorro Valencia, Martha Valencia Lucero, Rosa Valencia, and Eduardo Valencia and Children- Diane Valencia, Angelica Valencia, Ruby Peralta, and Johnny Valencia. Luis will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Luis' favorite place was being out near large bodies of water and fishing, the family of Luis Angel Valencia will forever remember his memory every time they look at the ocean.
