Luis Raul Vargas was born on December 22, 1949 in Chihuahua, Mexico to Rafael and Josefina Vargas. He entered into eternal rest on September 21, 2018 at the age of 68.
Luis Vargas was hard working and dedicated, he was self employed and worked with mufflers and radiators. He was a loving father and husband, and will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.
Luis Vargas is survived by his loving wife, Lidia Vargas, and his children, Monica Vargas, Luis Vargas Jr., Orlando Vargas, and Teresita Vargas. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Carolina Vargas, Damian Vargas, Victoria Perez, and Valentina Vargas. He also leaves behind his daughter in law Nilda Vargas and Veronica Gutierrez whom was like a daughter to him.
