MAGNOLIA L. HURTADO
January 20, 1933 — April 5, 2025
Magnolia L. Hurtado, affectionately known by her nickname Beba, was born on January 20, 1933, in El Paso, Texas. She passed away peacefully on April 5, 2025, in Whittier, California, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and love.
For over 25 years, Magnolia devoted herself to the family business, working in a clerical position at Hurtado Printing, located in Montebello. Her contributions were instrumental to the operations of the print shop, where her tireless work ethic and unyielding support for her family were evident.
Magnolia is survived by the Lopez and Hernandez families, who cherish her memory and will continue to honor the values she imparted during her lifetime.
Her final services will take place beginning with a visitation on May 1, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Risher Mortuary & Cremation Service, located at 1316 W Whittier Blvd, Montebello, CA. A Mass in her memory will be held on May 2, 2025, at 10:30 AM at St. Benedict Church, 1022 West Cleveland Avenue, Montebello, CA, with a burial following at Resurrection Cemetery, 966 Potrero Grande Drive, Rosemead, CA, at 12:00 PM.
Magnolia's warmth, kindness, and dedication will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
