Manuel Austin Ponce, 47, was born in California on January 23, 1967 and passed away in Whittier, Ca. on April 26, 2014. He was employed as a truck driver for the recent past years.
Manny had several favorite pastimes. He loved to visit various casinos, go on Vegas trips, enjoyed football and his favorite team was the Miami Dolphins. Above all he loved his godchildren. Brenda, Steven, Nicole, Julia & his family.
A Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 4, 2014 from 1:00-5:00 pm in the Risher Montebello Mortuary Chapel and Reception Center. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday at 2:00 pm also at Risher Mortuary.
Manny is survived by his sisters, Michelle Francis of Pico Rivera and Susan (Christopher) Trapani of Fontana and his brother, Alfred Hale of Pico Rivera and his nieces, Nicole and Julia Francis of Pico Rivera.
Manny will always be remembered as the giving, kind hearted & loving Nino, brother & cousin. Manny will be missed by all who knew & loved him.
