Manuel V. Cornejo, 77, was born on March 3, 1933 in Guanajuato, Mexico, and passed away on April 21, 2010 in Pasadena, California.
Manuel is survived by his loving wife, Irene Cornejo of Los Angeles, daughters, Jackie Cornejo of Los Angeles, Julie Bartlow of Missouri, Blanche Escamilla of Los Angeles, sons, Jose Cornejo of San Francisco, David Cornejo of Burbank, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday, April 30, 2010, at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello, California, with the vigil beginning at 7:00 pm.
Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 1, 2010, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Rosehill Catholic Church, 4509 Mercury Ave., Los Angeles, California, 90063, with interment following at Calvary Cemetery, 4201 Whittier Blvd., Los Angeles California, 90023.
