Manuel Lomeli

Manuel Lomeli, 82 of Stockton/Montebello, passed away on Monday February 24,2025 due to natural causes.
Manuel was born on September 22,1942 to Esther Galaviz & Carlos Lomeli in Stockton,CA. As an adolescent, Manuel enjoyed playing with his cousins and relatives. He enjoyed drawing and he loved model cars. He found love for playing the guitar and music was his passion.
In 1961, Manuel met Rose Mary Lomeli in a small diner in City Terrace. Manuel and Rose got married on April 11, 1964. Married for 60 years. Manuel and Rose went on to have two children, Vivian and Ruben Lomeli.
In 2008, Manuel retired and spent his time repairing TVs, radios or any electronics or gadgets. He had a creative mindset for inventing mini bikes and bicycles for all the local neighborhood kids. In his neighborhood, he was everyone’s barber. He loved comedies, suspenseful, thriller, classic shows and horror movies. He loved his morning breakfast which consisted of 3 eggs and hot chile.
Manuel was predeceased by his mother and father, and sister Connie Flores. He is survived by his wife Rose Mary Lomeli, his children Vivian and Ruben, and his sister Leticia Marquez. He has 6 grandchildren , Stephanie Lomeli, Chris Teran, Julie Teran, Valerie Lomeli, Melissa Lomeli and Reuben Lomeli. He has 4 Great-grandchildren, Evan Garcia, Jayden Garcia, Logan Teran, Presley Teran.
