Maria Jacob Slevkov, 85, was born on July 1, 1923 in Russia, and passed away on March 28, 2009 in Whittier, California.
Maria is survived by her loving children, son, John Slevkov of La Habra Heights, daughters, Tanya Mohoff of La Habra Heights and Nancy Korneff of Montebello, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello, California, with the Dressing Prayer beginning at 3:00pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2009, from the Russian Molokan Hill Top Church in Monterey Park, California, with services starting at 1:00 pm at the Russian Molokan Cemetery in Commerce, California.
