Marija Urosevic, 72, was born in Borovo, Serbia on August 11, 1939 and passed away in Burbank on December 31, 2011.
Marija lived for her children and grandchildren. She was a very devoted mother and grandmother and was extremely loyal. Marija loved to knit, read and cook for everyone. She loved to watch old movies and the Twilight series and was an avid animal lover.
A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2011 at 11:00am at Old St. Sava Church with the Funeral Service at 12:00pm also at Old St. Sava Church. Interment will follow at the Serbian United Cemetery.
Marija is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Gregory and Brenda Urosevic of Canyon Country and her daughter and son-in-law, Mirjana and John Lawrence of Granada Hills. She also leaves her grandchildren, Jordan Lawrence of Granada Hills and Steven, Jonathan and Emma Urosevic of Canyon Country.
