Mario Alberto Salomon

Mario Albert Salomon, 78, was born on August 28, 1944, in Nueva Rosita, Mexico to Antonio Salomon Rocha and Maria Valadez. Mario entered into eternal rest on June 25, 2023, in Montebello, California.
Mario proudly served in the United States Army in the Vietnam era and was honorably discharged for his faithful service to our great nation.
Mario and his twin brother, Jose, worked on many events to improve the lives of those who have served our country, which include working with their alumni members from Garfield High School in making the Vietnam Era Monument Association. Recently, the alumni members have included Iraq, Afghanistan, Korean War, and WWII. If there was ever a fellow veteran in need, the Salomon brothers were there to extend a hand. Mario thank you for your service to our country.
Mario is survived by his loving family: Wife, Martha Salomon, Daughters, Marlene Salomon Luna (Octavio), Mario Salomon Jr. (Laura), Brian Salomon, and Aileen Salomon, five grandchildren, and his twin brother, Jose Salomon. Mario will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
