Marko Dakovich, 84, was born on May 23, 1925 in Los Angeles, California, and passed away on October 1, 2009, in Laguna Hills, California.
Marko is survived by his loving daughters, Kathy Lubanko of Dove Canyon, Michaelyn Harper of San Clemente, sister, Jean Jobman of Whittier, five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
The Visitation, Prayer and the Funeral service will be at Saint Steven's Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, 1621 West Garvey Ave., Alhambra, California 91803. On Sunday, October 4, 2009 the visitation will begin at 5:00 pm with prayer service starting at 6:00 pm, and the funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Monday, October 5, 2009, with interment following at the Serbian United Cemetery in Los Angeles, California.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Steven's Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, 1621 West Garvey Ave., Alhambra, California 91803, for a memorial endowment.
