Martha is survived by her loving daughter, Valerie Avila of Montebello, and loving sons, Frank Moreno Morales of West Hollywood, John Manuel Avila of Norwalk, sisters, Helene Buchsbaum of Colorado, Ernestine Parra of Montebello, brothers, Jimmy Grijalva of Los Angeles, Ralph Grijalva of Los Angeles and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Sunday, December 6, 2009, at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello, California, with the vigil beginning at 5:30 pm.
Graveside service will be at 12:00 pm on Monday, December 7, 2009 at Resurrection Cemetery in Montebello, California.
