Mary Laverne Eger

Mary LaVerne Eger, 82, was born on May 30, 1927 in Collier Township, Pennsylvania, and passed away on January 14, 2010 in Montebello, California.
Mary is survived by her loving cousins, Julia Yurchak.
Mary was a member of the Business Professional Women and the Southland Art Association, and a long time parishioner of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church. She started with Siemens in Pennsylvania and they relocated her to Southern California. Mary will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Wednesday, January 27, 2009, at Risher Care Center in Montebello, California.
Vigil and Funeral Mass will be on Thursday, January 28, 2010, at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church in Montebello, California. The vigil will begin at 8:30 am, with the funeral mass following at 9:00 am. Services will conclude at the Church.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church, 820 North Garfield Ave., Montebello, California, 90640.
