Mary is survived by her loving daughters, Helen Hernandez of Montebello, Rachel De La Riva of Orange, sons, Alex Miramon of Torrance, John Garza of Chino Hills, brothers, Joseph Vasquez of Florida, Matt Vasquez of Oakland, sisters, Ruth Rattaro of Oakland, Connie Stookey of Oakland, Elsie Hamilton of Middletown, seventeen grandchildren, thirty-seven great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation and the funeral service will be at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello, California. The visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Monday, May 3, 2010, and the funeral service will begin at 8:30 am on Tuesday, May 4, 2010.
Graveside service will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at Los Angeles National Cemetery, 950 South Sepulveda Blvd. in Los Angeles, California, 90049.
