Mary Frances Stafford

Mary Frances Stafford, 96, was born on April 25, 1915 in Jersey City, NJ and entered into eternal rest on December 1, 1915 in Downey, CA.
Mary's husband was one of the partners for the All American Market (1941), the first self service grocery store in Downey. She loved children and would have taken all children under her wing so they would feel loved and appreciated. She could never pass up an injured stray animal. Mary was involved in the PTA through Downey School District and at one time was involved with the Elementary, Junior High and High Schools all at once.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Allison Stafford of Downey, CA and 2 sons, Rick Stafford of CA and Scott Stafford of Downey, CA as well as her favorite grandaughter, Holly Stafford and her favorite grandson Tyler Stafford, both of Downey, CA. She is also survived by her sister, Martha Scott of Miami, Fl, Nieces, Deborah Buschette of Garden Grove, CA and Klarissa Stoval of Bakersfield, CA, Chelsea Stoval of Garden Grove, CA and Jane Drover of New Brunswick, Canada.
Graveside services are scheduled on Friday, December 9, 2011 at 3:00 pm at Rose Hills Memorial Park, Whittier, CA.
