Mateos is survived by his loving wife, Vera Ashrafian of Montebello, California, daughters, Voilet Dilanian of Montebello, California, Tamara Gabrielian of Fresno, California, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral mass will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 24 2008, at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Catholic Church, 1339 Pleasant Ave. in Los Angeles, California, with interment following at Calvary Cemetery in Los Angeles, California.
