Michael “Mike” J. Arroyo, 93, was born on September 29, 1931, in Los Angeles, California, to Ralph Arroyo and Juanita Martinez.
Mike was a dedicated Son, Husband, Father, and Grandfather and entered into eternal rest on February 7, 2025, in Montebello, California. Michael joins his wife Ruth, who preceded him after 66 years of wonderful marriage.
Mike was a dedicated man having enlisted in the Marines at the age of 18, later serving as an employee of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, for 34 years as an accountant.
Our dad will be dearly missed by family and friends. His passive demeanor and unconditional love was a comforting reminder of his dedication to family. Our father had a quick sense of humor that always made you laugh and smile. He was always a father figure you could count on for sensible advice and he didn't hesitate to help anyone in need.
Michael is survived by his loving sons, Michael Arroyo, Mark Arroyo, Robert Arroyo, and Alex Arroyo and his 8 wonderful grandchildren, along with many other family members who will miss him dearly.
