Natalie Kruchkowski, 99, was born in Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada and passed away in San Diego, California on October 29, 2010.
Natalie is survived by her loving son, Steve (Darlene) Kruchkowski of San Diego, sisters, Eugenie Okrusko of Glendale and Evelyn Melnyk of Canada, brother, Nestor Mudry of Canada.
Visitation will be held at 6:00pm on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at the Ukrainian Orthodox Church 4025 Melrose Ave.,Los Angeles, CA with the prayer service beginning at 7:00pm.
Graveside service will be be held at 2:45pm on Thursday, November 4, 2010 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park 6300 Forest Lawn Dr.,Los Angeles, Ca 90068
