Odelia Sanchez, 82, was born on September 29, 1931 in Los Angeles, Ca. and passed away on October 28, 2013 in Lynwood, Ca.
Mrs. Sanchez was a resident of Los Angeles County all her life. She was a Bus Driver for over 20 years for Durham Transportation and the Montebello Unified School District.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2013 from 5:00-8:00pm in the Risher Montebello Mortuary Chapel, with a Vigil service at 7:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 4, 2013 at 9:00am at St. Benedict Church with interment following at Resurrection Cemetery.
Odelia "Lily" is survived by her loving family: daughters Adela (Joe) Gonzales of Montebello, Lorraine Andrade of San Dimas, Sandra Roldan of Apple Valley, Sheri (Cruz) Lucero of Chino Hills, Cathy Gonzales of Walnut, sons Michael Sanchez of Chino Hills, and Arturo Sanchez. She also leaves behind 17 grandchildren, sister Belia Rodriguez of Los Angeles, sister-in-law Martha Andrade also of Los Angeles, and numerous nieces and nephews.
