Oralia Munoz, 66, was born in Mexico on March 26, 1947 and passed away in Montebello, Ca. on May 8, 2013.

Visitation services will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2013 from 5:00-9:00pm in the Risher Montebello Mortuary chapel. A Vigil service will be at 7:00pm the same evening. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 20, 2013 at 9:00 am at St. Matthias Church in Huntington Park. Interment is private.

Oralia is survived by her daughter, Maria Gonzalez of Bellflower, her sons, Jesus Munoz of Los Angeles and Milagros Munoz of Carson and is predeceased by her daughter, Rosalia Munoz. She also leaves 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and her sister, Asuncion Maria Munoz of Mexico.

Oralia era una persona muy fuerte y orgullosa de su vida. Era una mama, abuela, amiga, y una persona con los pies bien puestos. Ella amo mucho a sus hijos y hijas, nietos y nietas, y bisnietos. Ella era una mujer muy trabajadora y con carácter muy fuerte. Apesar de que tenia una vida muy dificil, ella buscaba la manera de salir adelante. Oralia va hacer extrañada mucho por su familia y amigos. Que descanse en Paz Oralia Muñoz, una mujer inolvidable y que Dios y la Virgin Maria la tenga en su Gloria.
Pasa tiempos: Oralia le encantaba socializar con mucha gente. Le gustaba jugar baraja y colectar reciclables cuando su salud la dejaba. Oralia le gustaba ver television y le encantaba mucho la comida Mexicana: frijoles, Avas, lentejas, y garbanzos.

Oralia was a strong and proud person in her life. She was a mother, grandmother, friend and a person with her feet well place on the ground. She loved her daughters, sons, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a woman who loves to work and had a strong characteristic. Though her life was filled with difficulties, she always found a way to succeed and overcome those obstacles. Oralia will be missed very much by her family and friends. May she rest in peace and be aside the Lord and the Virgin Mary, now and forever.
Hobbies: Spent time socializing with people, playing cards, collecting recyclables when her health allowed. She enjoyed watching television and loved old-style Mexican food: beans, lentils, Avas and garbanzos.
