Orbik is survived by his three brothers; Mario A. Jacobo, Jose Enrique Medina and Jaime Rodriguez, his sister Eugenia Jacobo and his mother Blanca Estela Rodriguez Garcia of Guatemala. He also leaves behind his nephews Santiago Jacobo Barrera, Aaron Jacob Medina-Castillo and his sister in laws Claudia Barrera de Jacobo and Santa Rubi Castillo Medina.
