Paul "Wally" Rodarte
11-30-38 to 9-4-13
Wally, as he was affectionately called, was born in Gallup, New Mexico to Alfredo & Luisa Rodarte on November 30, 1938. He attended Garfield High School and was a Reservist with the United States Army where he was honorably discharged in the late 1960's. After being a bachelor for many years Wally fell in love with his soul mate Emma Rodarte. The two were married on February 23, 1986, in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2000 he retired from the Los Angeles Police Department Shooting Range where he was an employee for 30 years. Wally was joy and pleasure to be around. He definitely knew how to have a "good time" and enjoyed bartending, bowling, and taking vacations to places such as: Hawaii, Palm Springs, Las Vegas, and Laughlin. More than anything he loved spending every minute of his life with his best friend and LOVE of his life, Emma.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, September 13, 2013 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the Risher Montebello Mortuary Chapel, with a Vigil beginning at 5:00. The Vigil will be conducted by family friend Bill O'Neil.
