Pedro B. Vasquez

Pedro B. Vasquez, 76, was born in Durango, Mexico on July 12, 1937 and passed away at his residence in Huntington Park, Ca. on November 11, 2013, surrounded by his loving family. He was a laborer in the stove manufacturing industry for 30 years.
A Visitation will be held on Monday, November 18, 2013 from 5:00-9:00 PM in the Risher Montebello Mortuary Chapel with a Vigil Service at 7:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at 9:00 AM at St. Matthias Church in Huntington Park. Interment will follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park.
Pedro is survived by his loving wife, Flavia Vasquez of Huntington Park, his son Juan (Rita) Vasquez, his daughter, Elva (Jose) Cobpan, his son Pete (Mary) Vasquez and Manuel (Maria) Vasquez. He also leaves 14 grandchildren and 10 1/2 great grandchildren. He was known as "Grandpa" or "Don Pedro" to all the children in the neighborhood.
