Rachel was a senior in high school and has lived in California all her life. She loved the beach, and she will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her loving mother, Mercedes Elizalde, and her siblings, Ezequiel Elizalde and Susana Elizalde. She is also survived by her biological mother, Crystal Uriarte, her aunts, Mercedes Uriarte, Maricela Uriarte, and Lisa Uriarte, her grandparents, Maria and Miguel Uriate, and the Martinez family, including Francisca, George, Jesus, Jose, Rene, Carlos, Gabriela, and Leticia.
