Ralph Garcia De La Torre was born to Samuel and Refugio (Garcia) De La Torre on October 24, 1919 in El Paso, Texas and entered into eternal rest on December 21, 2016 in Pico Rivera, California. He was 97 years old. Ralph was a proud United States Veteran and was given an honorable discharge. More recently, he worked as an Engineer for the United States Postal Service for many years.
Ralph is survived by his son Ralph (Armida Andre) De La Torre of Montebello, California.
Ralph was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
